На днях компания Sony объявила о долгожданном старте российских продаж своих ридеров. То есть одним устройством, доступным только в виде «серого» импорта стало меньше. Тем временем, официально недоступными для нас, россиян, остаются два крайне привлекательных устройства. Речь о взорвавших западный рынок планшетах Amazon Kindle Fire и Barnes&Noble Nook Tablet. И интерес довольно легко объясним. Цена на них на редкость демократичная: Fire стоит 9, а Nook 9. Такое щедрое субсидирование делается для того, чтобы подсадить покупателя на свои магазины, ведь эти планшеты -- прежде всего окна в Amazon Store и Barnes&Noble Store соответственно. Если выбирать из этих двух планшетов, проживая где-то в Сан-Франциско, то на свою сторону перетягивает больше Kindle Fire. Но вот в наших реалиях, когда приходится отбрасывать все, что касается покупки контента на Amazon, за исключением книг и периодики (причем, на английском, языке) устройства становятся практически равнозначными. Причем стоят они уже не 9 и 9, а заметно дороже. Но и в таком формате Kindle Fire и Nook Tablet остаются интересными. А уж когда появятся прошивки, разблокирующие Android Market и делающие планшеты открытыми — они станут вполне доступным привлекательным предложением с превосходным экраном и довольно мощной начинкой, которой хватит и на просмотр фильмов, и на веб-серфинг, и на чтение книг.
